Toseef Bukhari is the Founder and Executive Director of the Pakistan Flying Disc Federation (PFDF), and the visionary responsible for introducing flying disc sports to Pakistan in 1998, long before the sport gained national awareness. Through decades of dedication, resilience, and personal commitment, he built PFDF from the ground up, overcoming challenges, resistance, and repeated setbacks.
His pioneering efforts created the earliest flying disc activities, events, and community programs in the country. Under his leadership, PFDF established its organizational structure, expanded its national presence, and earned recognition as the official governing body of disc sports in Pakistan.
