Mr. Kaleem Ullah Kakar is a Professor of Health and Physical Education from Quetta with extensive experience in sports education and athlete development. He has been actively involved in promoting physical education and organized sports, particularly Flying Disc (Frisbee), at educational and community levels across Balochistan. His academic knowledge and practical involvement have enabled him to contribute effectively to sports governance and youth development.
Current Role:
Mr. Kaleem Ullah Kakar currently serves as a Board Member and General Secretary of the Balochistan Frisbee Association (BFA). In his current role, he is responsible for developing and strengthening the organizational structure of Flying Disc sports across Balochistan.
He is leading efforts to establish divisional structures, facilitate the formation of district associations, and support the creation of registered clubs at the grassroots level. He also oversees the registration of players to ensure accurate records and organized participation throughout the province.
